It’s about time isn’t it?
Since Midwife Ashley has been practicing midwifery she has been home birthing with the families in and around Weatherford. Now it’s time to officially give them some love with Weatherford Midwifery.
Thus, Weatherford Midwifery was born.
For the past year I have been praying about the direction of Fort Worth Midwifery. I knew I wanted to grow FWM and have continued to be blessed with amazing clients. Fort Worth has been my lifetime home. However, Weatherford has always called to me. Since becoming a midwife and starting FWM we have done quite a few births in Weatherford and the surrounding cities but I did not feel the hard pull in any direction until recently.
Driving home from a birth Saturday night the words “Weatherford Midwifery” rang loud and clear in my mind.
I thought about it for all of 5 seconds before I knew this was EXACTLY what I was supposed to be doing.
What does this mean for Fort Worth Midwifery?
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. We are both Weatherford and Fort Worth Midwifery. We have always offered midwifery care to Weatherford and surrounding areas, we’ve just added another name to it.
Here we grow again?
There have been a few changes in the works though! As most of you know, my senior student Samantha Maddox at A Baby 2 Be will be taking her national test to become a midwife soon. We plan on bringing her into the midwife crew so there will be two of us! She will also continue to offer placenta encapsulation to our wonderful families.
We are ready for you!
I am so excited!!! If you are expecting or desire to become pregnant in the near future please reach out! We are looking to serve Weatherford, Granbury, Millsap, Willow Park/Aledo, Peaster, Springtown/Azle and other surrounding cities. As always, consultations are free and we would love to meet you
