Lending Library at Fort Worth Midwifery

Why are books important to pregnancy and childbirth?

I believe in education here at Fort Worth Midwifery and want all of our clients to make the best choices for their families. This is not possible if families are not educated in their many options. To help my clients learn more about childbirth, pregnancy and life as a new parent I offer a lending library.

There are many books to choose from

Topics included in the FWM library include pregnancy, fitness, nutrition, child birth, birthing methods, books for dads/partner, books for preparing older children, books on breastfeeding, newborn care, birth after cesarean, books on vaccines, autism, breastfeeding and more.

We also have several DVDs in our lending library as well.

For a full list of all of the books and DVDs that Fort Worth Midwifery offers in our lending library, click download below.

You may email or text Ashley to bring your desired book(s) to your next appointment. Please give 24 hours before your next appointment so I can make sure that I can bring the book to you.

I take requests and have bought books before based on what clients want to read. If you think there is a book that I should invest in let me know!

Also, I take donation of birth related books that you no longer need. Just bring them to your next appointment or email me if you are not a client and would like to donate your gently used books or birth related movies.

What books did you enjoy or find really helpful in your journey to parenthood?
